Booking your accommodations
We encourage you to begin planning by browsing our Accommodations and Rates & Packages pages to see what options might work best for you or your group. You are welcome to book online, but if you have any questions, or wish to book by phone, one of our reservations agents will be more than happy to help!
Please note that a deposit is required at the time of booking. After your reservation is secured, you will receive a confirmation letter linking you to FAQs and important things to know for your upcoming stay.

45 days before your arrival
Whether you’re a first-time guest, or you’ve lost track how many times you’ve visited, our concierge team is here to help you throughout the booking and itinerary-building process.
45 days prior to your arrival, you will receive an email letting you know that our Ranch Concierge team is ready to assist you in planning the perfect itinerary. In this email, you will receive a link to the latest activity guide so that you can start to think about what you want on your agenda.

Working with the Alisal Ranch concierge
Our Alisal Ranch Concierge is here to help you in many ways, by phone and email. They will:
- Register you for the activities you choose and/or secure desired tee times
- Book your dinner times, review the dress code, and ask you about any dietary restrictions
- Provide local recommendations around town
- Answer any questions you may have regarding your upcoming trip
It is important to book activities in advance, as popular activities like horseback riding fill up quickly during our peak seasons. We will work to accommodate last-minute requests, but booking ahead is always recommended. We want you to able to enjoy the ranch in all the ways you wish!
You will receive a detailed itinerary for your stay from the concierge. This itinerary will also be available at check-in in your welcome packet.
(Please note that, for horseback riding activities, the concierge will require information like rider height and weight to confirm rides and ensure each rider is assigned to the best horse for them.)

You are now ready for your stay at Alisal Ranch! You will then receive a detailed itinerary for your stay from the concierge. This itinerary will also be available at check-in in your welcome packet.
