Alisal Ranch Women's Retreat

WILDWONDER™

Women's Retreat

WILDWONDER™

October 5-8, 2025

We are excited to announce the fifth WILDWONDER™ retreat at Alisal Ranch and invite you to join us from Sunday, October 5 through Wednesday, October 8 as we cultivate our own Wild West community with a collection of inspiring women. For three nights, we celebrate the modern woman by learning from leading lady pioneers who tell their stories and share their skills with our guests through classes, demos, and more.

Kick off your retreat with Hatband Happy Hour. Wear your new Lovely Bird hat and custom hat band in style while savoring Margarita Time with Caroline Pardilla. Take in the scenery with a hike or haywagon ride to the lake for a manifesting and movement class the next morning led by Amy Rosoff Davis. Lunch lakeside with a delicious grain bowl meal before an afternoon of optional activities at the ranch; including horseback riding, spa treatments and more. Wind down the day and delight in the Art of Wine and Cheese with Hana-Lee Sedgwick before dinner and a cooking demonstration Creekside with Diana Yen. Begin the next day with yoga followed by breakfast and a baking class led by pastry chef, Emilie Sandven. Join Kristin Fraser during her Grapeseed Company Scent Activity before dusting off your boots and enjoying an early BBQ dinner, line dancing and shopping from our marketplace. Lastly, we can’t wrap up this retreat without our favorite breakfast horseback or haywagon ride to the Adobe!

Explore Alisal Ranch’s 10,500 acres of western beauty by foot, on horseback or by boat on our private lake. Shop, cook, and share stories with other women amidst the foothills of the Santa Ynez mountains. Adventure at the Ranch while making new connections and participating in experiences that spark self-discovery and growth.

Nightly rate includes all scheduled classes and activities, accommodation, meals, beverages, scheduled yoga and wellness classes, hat + hatband workshop, wreath making class, cooking demo, two activities per night (horseback riding, e-mountain biking, axe throwing, archery and air rifle).

The 22 % Ranch Fee both helps offset the cost of various amenities made available to guests of the Alisal Ranch and funds additional compensation to the employees who provide service to our guests. The amenities provided include two branded water canteens, a bottle of wine in each room, Wi-Fi internet access, use of the fitness center, a shuttle to Solvang, bikes, scheduled and seasonal entertainment, tennis court use, fishing bait and tackle, use of non-motorized boats at Alisal Lake, and various children’s activities, including the barnyard and kid’s arts and crafts. Part of the Ranch Fee is distributed to our service employees as additional compensation to eliminate the need for tipping at the Ranch.

Jaime Haskell
Lovely Bird

When Jaime Haskell became a mother her entire routine change. While she once had time to intentionally select what she would wear, now each morning required a grab ‘n’ go outfit and little time for anything else. Before long, Jaime noticed a gap in the women’s fashion industry as she struggled to find hat’s that would elevate her classic wardrobe of tees and jeans. As a solution, she founded Lovely Bird in 2012. By designing hats that complement the modern woman’s lifestyle and hand finishing accents inspired by her travels, Jaime showers each Lovely Bird hat with the attention and love you deserve, whoever you are, wherever you wear it.
