Nestled among the majestic sycamore trees that line the entrance to Alisal Ranch, Sycamore House is a luxurious retreat steeped in the rich identity of the ranch. The name “Alisal” is derived from the Chumash word for “sycamore grove,” highlighting the significance of these beautiful trees. This spacious home spans 1,576 sq. ft. and features three elegantly appointed king bedrooms, each with private full bathrooms, that adjoin a beautifully designed living room. 

The two back adjoining bedrooms offer a cozy ambiance with their own wood-burning fireplaces, private entrances, and serene patios that overlook Alisal Creek, which flows through the winter months. The shared living room is accented by reclaimed barnwood paneling, a wood-burning fireplace, and Americana artwork, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. For added flexibility, the living room includes a queen sleeper sofa, a queen Murphy bed for additional guests, and a full bath. 

The master bedroom boasts views of the horse pasture, while the large private front porch overlooks both the pasture and the stunning backdrop of the Santa Ynez Mountains. Each room is equipped with a coffee and tea station featuring a Stagg electric kettle, a mini fridge stocked with complimentary beverages, and a welcome bottle of wine, ensuring a comfortable stay for all guests.
